We have used Paul's (GAC) services for 2 years now, and as the 2nd biggest holiday park in UK we find his swift and reliable service invaluable. Paul arranged next day delivery for extraction fan for big commercial kitchen, and completed swap within 24 hour of the initial call. We have ordered spare parts as well as new equipment in the past and they have always arrived promptly and exactly up to standards which was promised. I highly recommend GAC services and know I can 100% rely on Paul, we are informed and updated as things go with regards to service requirements and dispatch of spare parts. Nothing short of a god send 

Having been in catering for over 20 years from employee to employer, I have experienced most hurdles that the catering industry can throw at you, having Paul and everyone at GAC in your corner is nothing short of a god send. Paul has nursed geriatric dishwashers back from the dead more times than I know he would have wanted to and been on hand for help and technical advice over the phone on countless occasions.
